Delicious! Excellent menu. Fast, attentive service. Done in option. Everything I love with Pho. Small Pho with excellent garnish plate. Steamed dumplings. And Vietnamese iced coffee- only way to cut the heat as you go back for more.

Family run restaurant, clean, good service. Food is good, big eaters can enjoy the large pho there, it is pricey compared to pho75 in the dmv but its so much food lol. You do not need to even buy an appetizer. I had the bo vien large pho, they seem to make the bo vien in house as it is made very differently than any other meat balls. I would give the meat balls a B (better than most restaurants), my moms are better tho xD. Pho broth is fine, not too sweet. Noodles are fine as well. If i lived in denver this place would be my go to for pho

Came here feeling ravenous after my flight into Denver. My friend and I were looking for a quick bite to eat. We stumbled across this place and were immediately seated. Environment was okay, but I noticed that a random person entered and was going around asking customers for either money or food - wasn't a great start. Otherwise, staff was attentive. The broth was flavorful. My only recommendation is that it was a bit skimpy on the noodles - would have definitely loved more with the amount of broth that I had. Otherwise, I was happy with this quick tasty meal.

We ate here after a day of skiing and this place just hits. We had a bowl of combination pho with the broth so rich and beef very tender. I also actually order a grilled pork rice dish - which I never do but was just something I was craving. The flavors themselves were good but the pork came out a little cold, but was a little issue for me. One thing I noticed was the portion sizes of most of the items we ordered. The shrimp and pork spring rolls were very big and satisfying, and all the drinks were served in these huge red Coca Cola branded cups - I can never say no to too much Thai tea. After we order some smoothies which were very delicious. I got the four seasons smoothie with boba, but I would say next time, I would not include boba since it freezes up and struggles to fit in the straw.

I've walked past What the Pho for years. Now that I'm working in Downtown Denver, I splurge once a week and allow myself to have lunch at a local restaurant. I have to tell you, I could kick myself for not eating at What the Pho before. The staff are friendly and efficient. My "regular", since I've been there a few times now, is a medium P4, which is rare steak and flank pho. The broth is flavorful and of course the portion is generous. The atmosphere during the week is not too loud, since it's mostly business people. But during the holidays, I did see families, tourists, and office parties. The last time I went, I was starving, so I added the grilled meat spring rolls. They were okay. They were very chewy and a little hard to eat. They were good and I'm glad I tried them, but next time, I'll just order a large.

Gotta love a local hole-in-the-wall, no-fuss, casual dining restaurant! We were craving pho and found this gem near our hotel in downtown Denver. They have a solid selection of all kinds of pho from seafood to brisket. I had the vegetarian pho with extra veggies (bok choy, broccoli) and they gave a healthy portion of thai basil, bean sprouts, and lemon slices. One note: that veggie broth is spicy! I'm typically not a big spicy food person, so consider yourself warned! Delicious? Indeed. They offer a bunch of Vietnamese meals such as banh mi, various rice and noodles, and of course, spring rolls. The service was efficient and if you're in a tight timeline, this is a good place to get in and out with a good meal.

While staying in Denver we got to try some amazing places, and this was one of them! It's tucked away, so if you blink you'll miss it, but it's definitely a hidden gem! You are able to order dine in or take out, and there was amble amount of seating available inside too. The service was quick and everyone was very nice. Food came out correct and in a timely manner as well. The pho was very good and the portions were fair for the price. Overall we really enjoyed our meal and would recommend others to try them out!
